I highly recommend A Belated Bride! She’s pursued by a couple of less than satisfactory suitors, but she avoids them. I didn’t enjoy this book as much as I enjoyed the first book in this series. I haven’t laughed so much in a long time.

She would have a character say one sentence. Decent plot but painfully idiotic women throughout! I did like the side story with Aunt Jane. The cast of supporting characters add depth and humor to the well-paced story. But even more appalling than his presence is the brazen kiss he plants on her shocked lips and her response! Lucien Devereaux, Duke of Wexford. I never caught this book when it first was issued, but it is ok. And well, I did finish it and it was an easy read, but there were no real surprises.

In the beginning, Arabella’s aunts check out Lucien’s package while he’s unconscious I liked this one well enough, but i would have absolutely loved it if it had alot more angst. But must say, I loved that view spoiler [her father was the one who convinced him that both would be unhappy hide spoiler ].
