Hi, Firstly, when you change the decoder to 28 speedsteps CV29 bit 2 did you tell the Navigator that it was using 28 speedsteps? Have tried several values for CV57, special function of F2 output, but I can Only get them to 550227 together, not alternately.

I have a question about function buttons, as I also wish to install a Phoenix Sound card in the Loco, I would assume that when I activate function F3 which would activate Lights assigned to F3 it would also activate the coupler clank from the Phoenix Card which also has F3 assigned for this sound.
